My Name is Ciulin Vali Adrian.
This is My Story. I am a Romanian citizen currently living in Germany, fighting a painful and unjust battle to be reunited with my daughter.
I lost custody of my baby girl under circumstances that violated both national and international child protection laws. I have been systematically ignored, marginalized, and stripped of my rights as a father.
The child protection services in Romania removed my daughter from me without proper legal justification. I was never officially informed about any investigation or decision, I was not assigned a public defender, and my right to a fair hearing was denied.
After the death of my partner – the mother of my child – I was left completely alone. My own family turned against me. My older siblings, who are affiliated with influential religious organizations, used their connections and resources to interfere in my life.
They managed to manipulate institutions and spread misinformation about me. They took control of the situation around my younger sister as well – after our mother passed away, they brought her back to Romania from Italy, where she was a legal resident and had a father. She was held under child protection services until adulthood, and then she disappeared. I was never told what happened. They tried to do the same to my daughter. I lost three jobs after being slandered and sabotaged by individuals connected to social workers like Plesa Cristinela Oana – who protected my abusive father for over ten years. I was forcibly removed from my home, involuntarily hospitalized without any psychiatric justification, and kept in a facility for individuals with severe mental conditions – even though I had done absolutely nothing wrong.
I have been humiliated, mistreated, and taken advantage of at work simply because people saw my vulnerable situation. I was labeled as unstable without being given the chance to prove otherwise. Even when I tried to bring forward legal texts that protect my rights as a father, Judge Mocanu chose to believe a social worker’s claim that I could not be found at home – despite the fact that no formal attempt to notify me was ever made. They knew how to flood me with notices when they wanted to monitor me. But when it was about taking my child, they acted in silence.
Now, I am legally employed in Germany and have the stability and desire to raise my daughter in safety and dignity. All I ask is to be given the opportunity to submit the necessary documents and prove that I am fully capable and willing to care for her. I was once ignored and judged based on rumors and prejudice. I only ask to be seen now, with truth and fairness.
